Former NHL player and current NBC Sports personality Jeremy Roenick along with NHL Network broadcaster Billy Jaffe have signed with DGital Media to produce a weekly hockey podcast called “Roenick Life Podcast with JR and Jaffe.” The show, will be released on Wednesday’s and is expected to launch on December 16 on iTunes, Stitcher and Roenicklife.com.
Says Roenick, “I’m very excited about starting my first podcast. Hockey doesn’t have in-your-face, raw opinions and personality in the podcast space today. Billy and I look to change that and ruffle a few feathers while we’re at it. We can’t wait to reach the fans.”
In addition, the show will be produced by former NBC Sports Radio Producer Lou Pellegrino. He confirmed the news earlier today on his Facebook page.
