Fox Sports’ coverage of the US Open Championship will begin tomorrow at 4:30 pm on FS1 and will go strong all the way through Sunday. Between the flagship network and FS1, viewers will see more than 45 hours of live coverage.
FS1 will begin carrying the first round on Thursday. It will air from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm. After that, coverage moves to Fox until 7:30 pm. FS1 will begin its second round coverage on Friday at 10 am with Fox taking over at 4:30. The final two rounds will air exclusively on Fox Saturday and Sunday.
Joe Buck and Paul Azinger will anchor the coverage from the tower. Shane Bacon and Brad Faxon will also contribute play-by-play and analysis. Curtis Strange will serve as the on course commentator and will be joined by experts Steve Flesch, Brett Quigley and Ken Brown.
Studio coverage will be anchored by Holly Sonders. Shane O’Donoghue will provide pre and post round interviews.
The Fox Sports Go app will provide coverage of the tournament throughout the weekend. On the app, viewers will hear play-by-play and analysis provided by a number of different teams including Fox college football analyst Joe Klatt.
