John Lund previously announced he’d be heading to KNBR when his contract at 95.7 The Game expires. However, his final day on The Game was Friday, after the radio station decided to remove him from the airwaves effective immediately. Lund will now sit out for the next month and a half before joining forces with Tom Tolbert in July.
With Lund gone, Greg Papa is hosting Monday’s 12p-3p show remotely from Oklahoma City. Dan Dibley is serving as co-host back in studio. No word yet from The Game on what their future plans are for middays. Papa is expected to be a key part of it regardless.
